You connect to your Office 365 environment and you get the following warning:
You are not authorized to get a valid Azure ShareGate Desktop application access token. Some limitations might apply.
When you connect to a tenant that a Global admin consented ShareGate Desktop on, you will normally benefit from the Azure ShareGate Desktop application with less throttling and the ability to create Office 365 Groups.
If you connect with an external user account, ShareGate Desktop is unable to use an access token. You will be able to use ShareGate Desktop, but you might experience more throttling, and you will not have the ability to create an Office 365 Group.
You can use your current account if you see no problems with the limitations.
To get most out of ShareGate Desktop, use a regular AD account to connect in an Office 365 environment that was granted admin consent of the Azure ShareGate Desktop app to all users.
