If you need to change your current version of the tool or add more seats, upgrading your ShareGate Desktop subscription is simple.
You can upgrade your license directly through the application. Here's a simple walkthrough that will guide you through the steps:
1. Access License Settings
Click Settings on the bottom left menu.
You will now see the General settings.
Click Licenses in the tabs on the left.
2. Access My Account
Click Manage User License from within the app to open the My Account page on your browser. On this page, you can view all license information as well as any current activations.
3. Upgrade your subscription
In order to change the current version you have, click Upgrade under Current Plan - you'll be prompted to select the option you want.
To add more users to your subscription, click Add Users, and you'll be prompted to select the option you want.
Complete the purchase request form and select your preferred method of payment, or request a formal quote.
