When attempting to copy an item, Sharegate displays the following message:
One or more alerts are configured to send text messages (SMS). However, the text message (SMS) service is not properly configured on your destination server. Until this issue is resolved, these alerts will not be sent to their intended recipient.
Sharegate is attempting to copy user alerts and it has noticed that some of these alerts are configured to send out text (SMS) messages to their intended recipient instead of emails. However, the text message (SMS) service or mobile account does not appear to be properly configured on the destination server. While these user alerts will be successfully copied, they will not be able to notify the target user until the service is configured.
There are two ways in which you can fix this problem:

- Ask your SharePoint administrator to change the alert delivery method to use emails instead of text messages.
