When available, you can access this site for self-service on the issue. Just not the description of the issue on the Details column and click Help me solve this on the Help links column.
You can export your results as an Excel or CSV file by clicking the Export button, and saving the file to your preferred location.
Understanding Warnings and Errors
When running a large migration, it is normal to see many warnings and errors as your results load.
When you get an indication to Show item-level filter option to display the details, you need to click on Filter, and check the Show Item-Level in the Options section to see details regarding errors or warnings on list items and documents.
A warning indicates that your item type was successfully migrated to the destination, but a modification needed to occur to get it there, or something needed to be left out. A common example is a list that migrates successfully without a source field, because that field is not supported in the destination environment.
When warnings occur, it is almost always because something is not supported between versions, and the best solution is to manually create a substitute in your destination environment.
An error indicates that ShareGate Desktop was not able to migrate the item type to the destination. Errors can be complex, and always have associated error codes and articles to help you work through why the error occured and indicate if there is a solution or workaround. You need to click the provided Help me solve this link to access the articles.
