When copying a Nintex Workflow for Office 365 (or an item that contains such workflow), the following message is shown:
Since version 5.7, Sharegate uses the new Nintex API to get and copy Nintex Workflows for Office 365.
To use this service, Sharegate must first call a Nintex Discovery API to confirm that your tenant has access to it. When this call is made for the first time, Nintex will provision your tenant on their side. Even though the call is really quick, the propagation of the URL to our DNS can take a lot of time. Sharegate will wait for that duration (up to an hour).
Once this call is made, your tenant will be provisioned as long as Nintex doesn't clear them (which shouldn't happen). If this were to happen, the next call would have to provision your tenant once more.
This new URL will then be used to make calls to the API and give Sharegate the means to complete the migration.
This operation only needs to be done once per tenant.
It is possible that it still won't work after an hour of trying to provision your tenant. If that happens, we suggest trying again later. If the problem persists, please contact Sharegate Support Team.
